Description: The seminar is aimed at those seeking a more responsible way of spiritual awakening for profound self exploration and personal integration.
The seminar provides access to an ancestral practice shamanism that leads to an amplified state of consciousness and therefore an invaluable opportunity for growth, reflection and holistic cleansing.
During the seminar, there will be three ayahuasca ceremonies, integrated into a harmonious space for reflection and conversations about the experience.
Each of the ceremonies, produces a profound action on the body, mind and spirit, allowing an opening of emotional blocks, to confront our deepest fears, revitalize and awaken vital energies to a higher level of consciousness, with the aim of opening to our inner teacher. "
Program: - Three (3) shamanic ceremonies.

The seminar will be facilitated by Nicola Mina and his wife Veronica members of a family of seekers, based in Peru (Pisac and Madre de Dios), and the meditations Pranayama Yoga sessions will be facilitated by Leon Shlehter of Organic Yoga.
An expert guide will lead us in the jungle for marches and visits to the cenotes.
Accommodation: The workshop will take place in the jungle of the Riviera Maya.
We will be staying at
Organic Yoga, a center in the jungle of the Riviera Maya, surrounded by cenotes. We will be in a place where you can meditate in peace, surrounded by the natural energy in the proper setting where we can get in touch with ancient medicines.
Preparation for the Workshop:Diet 3 days before the seminar, avoiding: sex, pork, beef, sugar, chocolate, chile and / or highly seasoned foods, heavy foods, fried foods, junk food and canned juices.
Avoid intoxicants, drugs, medicines and alcohol.
Reduce consumption of salt.
It is mandatory abstention from eating pork (or derivatives) and alcohol for at least a week before the arrival until a week after.
Cannabis use is completely contraindicate with work to do in this Retreat.
It is further recommended sexual abstinence for at least 3 days before retirement and as long as it lasts.
When dieting one should avoid reading or access to news,newspapers and information that generate emotions contrary to everything we want to achieve.
The diet should be continued for a week after the seminar.
The use of antidepressants (SSRIs, Imaos, etc ...) and the supplement Ginkgo biloba may interact as a headache or high blood pressure.
To participate you need to have stopped taking these substances for at least 2 weeks before the meeting. "

The cost of the seminar covers all meals, shared accommodation, all activities, ceremonies, personalized service and tours.
The cost covers transportation from Playa del Carmen to the seminar in the jungle.
Extra meals, tips, airport taxes, airfares, travel insurance, medical expenses and items of personal nature are not included
